Refund and Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

At Sahra Box, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packing our boxes, but we understand that fragile items like candles and glassware can occasionally be damaged during transit.

  • Report within 48 hours: Please inspect your Sahra Box immediately upon arrival. If any item is broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Damage: To process a replacement or refund for broken items, we require a clear photograph of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Resolution: We will happily replace the broken item at no extra cost or provide a partial refund for the value of that specific item.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return within the 14-day window:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Personalized items (such as candles with custom names or personalized gift notes) and perishable food items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

4. Personalization Errors

If there is a mistake in the personalization (e.g., a misspelled name on a candle) that was our error, we will send a replacement immediately at no additional charge.

5. Return Shipping (UAE)

  • If the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our part, Sahra Box will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our Dubai hub.
